Deep Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates SelfReason, HuBrowser, Follow Anywhere, and the websites, applications, browser extensions, and related services that make up those products (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Services handle, why they handle it, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

#Information we handle

The information we handle depends on the product and features you use.

#Account and membership information

When you create an account or sign in, we may handle information needed to establish and secure your account, such as an account identifier, email address, authentication state, membership status, and subscription status. Authentication credentials are handled by the systems that provide account authentication; we do not use them for advertising or profiling.

We may also handle information that you voluntarily provide through support requests, feedback, or other communications.

#Follow Anywhere

Follow Anywhere lets you follow public webpages and feeds and receive detected changes. When you use these features, we may store:

• The public URLs you ask us to follow, including their canonical or resolved URLs when needed to monitor the requested source.
• Optional names, polling preferences, and the status of each follow.
• Public feed items or normalized webpage content needed to establish a baseline and detect subsequent changes.
• Change events, source links, timestamps, and technical check status needed to provide update history and operate the service.
• The account identifier associated with your follows so that your subscriptions and updates remain private to you.

Follow Anywhere is designed for public webpages and feeds. Do not submit passwords, private account pages, confidential documents, or other information that you are not authorized to provide for monitoring. Content retrieved from a public source may contain personal information published by that source; we process it only as necessary to provide the requested follow and update features.

We use Follow Anywhere information to create and manage follows, retrieve the public sources you select, detect changes, deliver update history, maintain service security, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell Follow Anywhere data or use it for third-party advertising.

#HuBrowser browser extension

The HuBrowser browser extension (the "Extension") may handle webpage fields, website content, and other information visible in your browser only when you use a feature that requires it.

The Extension handles the following information locally in your browser and does not transmit it to or retain it on our servers:

• Browsing history, URLs, or browsing activity.
• Webpage content or resources.
• Values entered into webpage fields or forms.
• Values entered in the Extension's Profile Section.
• Local preferences, Extension settings, and other locally stored Extension data.

Local Extension data remains on your device until you delete it through the Extension or browser controls, clear the relevant browser storage, reset the Extension, or uninstall it.

If you sign in through the Extension, the account service processes the authentication information required to verify your account and membership status. The Extension does not use sign-in to collect browsing history, webpage content, form data, or advertising profiles.

#SelfReason applications and websites

Depending on the feature, SelfReason applications and websites may handle account information, information you submit, basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Services, and payment or subscription status for paid features. Where a feature uses an online AI service, the inputs and outputs necessary to provide that feature may be processed by the applicable service under its own terms and privacy policy. Offline features process data on your device and do not require a cloud connection for the local processing they provide.

#How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts, memberships, and subscriptions.
• Provide Follow Anywhere follows, source monitoring, and update history.
• Respond to support requests and other communications.
• Protect the Services, users, and others from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain service reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

#How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, email, security, infrastructure, and other operations on our behalf. These providers may access information only as needed to perform their services and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Services, or others. We do not share browsing activity, Extension data stored locally on your device, or Follow Anywhere data for advertising or data-broker purposes.

#Storage and retention

We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services, maintain requested history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Follow Anywhere follows, source records, snapshots, and update history can be deleted by removing the relevant follows or by contacting us; source records that are no longer associated with a follow may be removed as part of normal service operation.

Information stored locally by an Extension or offline application remains on your device until you remove it using the available product or device controls.

#Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Sign-in and service communications use encrypted connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

#Your choices and rights

You may be able to use certain features without signing in. You can remove local Extension or offline application data through the available product controls, browser storage controls, device settings, or by uninstalling the relevant application.

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account or service information associated with you. We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.

#Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and address the request.

#Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means that the updated policy applies to your use of the Services.
